Move with intention rather than momentum. This mindful slow flow allows you to drop into the body and the present through gentle movement and stretching. Poses are held long enough to settle in, fully arrive, and connect with what your body is telling you.

An invitation into soften, turn inward, and rest in the unhurried energy of simply being. Floor based poses are held long enough for muscles to release tension, working deep into the fascia. As the body feels into spaciousness and surrenders though stillness, the mind goes silent.

In 2020 I taught my first class at a boutique stay Ecuador. No training or studio experience, just a deep connection with my body and enough trust in myself to lead others in a way that felt good to me.
What I didn't expect was watching groups of people transform from the beginning of class to the end. I could feel the shift into something I didn’t have words for yet. This experience led me to deepening my own practice, learning more about yoga, and discovering the 8 limb path. I realized that what most people call yoga is actually just one eighth of it, and that most classes do not include any teachings from the sutras or the ancient philosophy the practice is rooted in.
On my second solo trip through South America, I continued teaching more and more. One night on a beach in Brazil, after doing a full moon flow by myself, something cracked open. In savasana I was overwhelmed with emotions — crying, laughing, shaking, dancing. Through years of practice, I unknowingly gave myself permission to release everything I had been carrying, all the negative experiences I had never fully accepted, and the wounds I hadn't made peace with before.
I experienced this deeply felt understanding that everything in life- all the good and the bad- happened exactly the way it did to bring me here today, and this is exactly where I am supposed to be. For the first time ever, I had a true sense of belonging. I was touched by the deeper teachings of yoga, without learning about them in depth. I understood that yoga is so much more than poses, strength, flexibility, or aesthetic. It has the power to transform lives.
I knew this was my purpose, to pass down the gifts of this practice for more people to experience. I completed my 200hr YTT and 40hr yin at a studio that taught all 8 limbs, honoring the traditions of the practice.
This is what I teach. Not just how to move from pose to pose, but the true practice of returning to your true self, again and again. To the consciousness beneath the thoughts. To the home within yourself.
